Shipping Policy

1. Production Time

All FC Golazo products are custom-made to order with your personalization. Production takes 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Please note that production begins immediately — see our Return Policy for cancellation details.

2. Shipping Times

After production, estimated delivery times are:

- Germany: 3–5 business days
- EU countries (France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Italy, etc.): 5–8 business days
- Switzerland: 7–15 business days

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8–19 business days depending on destination.

3. Shipping Costs

- Orders over €50: Free shipping to all European destinations
- Orders under €50: Flat rate shipping of €4.95 within EU, €7.95 to Switzerland

4. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after the shipping notification.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped to countries outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway), your order may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before ordering.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@fcgolazo.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and find a solution.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local postal office first. If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days and we will assist you.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it at cost.
