1. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

All products sold through this store are custom-made and personalized according to your individual specifications (name, number, and design). Pursuant to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your product is made-to-order with your chosen personalization and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to change of mind.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an incorrect print, we will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund. To claim this, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@fcgolazo.com with:

- Your order number
- A clear photograph showing the issue

We will respond within 48 hours and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that does not match your order (wrong size, wrong color, wrong personalization that differs from what you entered), we will send you the correct item at no additional cost or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

4. Order Cancellations

Since production begins immediately after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order has entered production and can no longer be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at info@fcgolazo.com with your order number.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
