1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of the online store operated by:

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Due to variations in screen settings, monitor displays, and the nature of the printing process, the colors of the actual product may differ slightly from the colors shown on your screen. These variations are inherent to the production process and do not constitute a defect or reason for return.

All products sold through FC Golazo are custom-made, personalized fan shirts. They are not official licensed merchandise of any national football association, FIFA, or UEFA. Product images are for illustration purposes. Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, slight color variations between the screen display and the actual product may occur.

3. Ordering & Contract Formation

A binding purchase contract is formed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation email. All prices shown are in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain offensive, discriminatory, or trademarked personalization.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is processed at the time of order. All transactions are handled securely through Shopify Payments and respective payment providers.

5. Personalization

You are responsible for the accuracy of your personalization (name, number). Please double-check your entries before submitting your order. We print exactly what you enter. Orders with misspelled names or wrong numbers due to customer error cannot be reprinted free of charge.

6. Production & Shipping

All products are made-to-order. Production takes 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination:

- EU countries: 5–8 business days
- Switzerland: 7–14 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. FC Golazo is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or force majeure events.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on damaged or defective items.

8. Liability

FC Golazo is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except for injury to life, body, or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, designs, text, and images is the property of Mert Anarat / FC Golazo unless otherwise stated. National flag designs used on products are public domain symbols and are not claimed as proprietary designs.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer within the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Duisburg, Germany.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
